As a partner at Millsap & Singer, LLC, I mastered the aspects of Legal Practice and Law Office Management, growing from ten employees to over one hundred twenty. With my law partners, we evolved the firm from a purely analog case management approach to a fully-digital, integrated network and operations infrastructure. What is “Strategery”?

So many providers pontificate on elaborate, and somewhat nebulous, steps, procedures, and goals for Strategic Planning. For the business owner, living in the day to day, it can seem disconnected and overwhelming. Nothing but “high falutin’” people with MBA’s examining your navel and theirs using the longest and most hip words possible – hence “Strategery” – very important stuff you know.
Face it, you need to run your business. Success is measured on whether you are making a profit, and, if you believe your business serves a purpose beyond providing a product or service for a profit, whether you are meeting that goal. That’s it! Moreover, no one knows your industry and your business better than you! At Bilderback Business Advisors, we seek to keep the process of Strategery simple, and effective. You may need to look at the big picture, but you need to walk away with a few, simple things to do to improve your business and meet your goals.
How Do We Work?

Hourly
Like any good attorney, we are happy to work on an hourly basis. In many cases, some initial, hourly work, allows your team to evaluate the fit and value of our services in a limited fashion. Also, with limited or occasional needs that do not warrant larger commitment, this “pay as you go” approach meets many needs.

Project Based
Where the needs can be effectively quantified – such as Strategic Planning or Process Creation – the security of knowing up front the total costs involved may allow for better budgeting.

Retainer Basis
For ongoing dedication, such as Fractional Executive or Accountability services, a monthly retainer, assuring smooth budgeting and a standard level of availability works best. We look forward to tailoring a plan that meets your needs
